We probably just need to make it clear to the Assisted Living folks that we
start and finish on time. Their sense of time urgency with the older folks is
bound to be quite different from ours, since we have to get to CHS. I’ll be
there.

I think that implies we can’t make the nursing home gig now correct?

I am out of town for the weekend.

Scott’s correct – I’m travelling for work this Thursday as well. I should

Subject: [chsppb] Re: Play lists for Oct 27
Jim,
I forgot to tell you yesterday that I'm traveling for work this week and
don't anticipate being back in town in time to make practice this week.
I believe Rob is out for practice this week as well for similar reasons so
unless you can locate someone else, no drummers for practice.
Also, as a reminder, we (Heather and I) can't play the nursing home gig due
to conflict with 5k. We can do the send off.

Gee, I really like that Alvarado tune. Anyone else? We may have to play
that again before the end of the year. Horns! Yeow!
Two play lists for Oct 27: one for the assisted living gig and one for the
send-off. The computer program says Mambo, but I'm going to veto that.
Sorry, Bill.
Please have both Sweet Carolines (Bb and F) so we can run through both. But
wait a couple days before you try to download them. The wind knocked out
our power yesterday and it's not restored yet.
Send-off:
Star Wars
Baby elephant walk
Sweet Caroline
Whiplash
Pick up the pieces
The games people play
The Stars and Stripes forever
Good lovin'
Assisted living: I know we won't have time for all of these. We'll cut it
down based upon what the crowd likes.
Johnny b Goode
Bugle call rag
Opus one
Can't buy me love
Twist and shout
Beer barrel Polka
Everything's coming up roses
Happy birthday
Heartbreak hotel
Wipe out
Peter Gunn
Stomping at the savoy
Sing sing sing
