Thanks Jeff! I also heard back from Christkindlmarkt and we would be welcome
there. The entertainment coordinator was looking for something in the back half
of November but I’m not sure the music will be in order by then. He said a
December performance would be fine as well. I’ll send around a calendar of open
slots and we can pick something.

Subject: [chsppb] Holiday ensemble: Word from The Barrington
I spoke with the activities director at The Barrington today (Nikki Meeker). I
need to go look at the setup of the "Windsor Room" (biggest room, good for PPB)
on a Saturday, but we penciled in a visit of the Holiday PPB for 7pm on
Saturday 12/15. This is when the most residents will be available to hear us
(just after dinner). It sounded like we could change the time to something
else if needed, so please share if 7pm will not work for you.
Let's see what Rob works out with Sunrise and we will go from there.
