I'm having surgery in two weeks and will be on the mend. So, out for Christmas.
Sorry.

All,
It’s that time of year again where the Marching Band hangs up its hats and we
start thinking about our annual Christmas performances. We generally have 2-3
practices through late November and early December followed by a couple of
concerts at the Barrington and Sunrise on Old Meridian. Then there’s the
caroling outing where we crash various parties, bars, and other venues. If
you’re interested in participating, please respond accordingly so we can get an
approximate headcount. I’d like to hold practices at our regularly scheduled
time if this still works for everyone. Jeff and I are working with the senior
living centers to see if we can line up Saturday, December 15th as the
tentative concert date. Let us know if you have other thoughts. Also be
thinking about what days or evenings might be best for you for the caroling
outing. Music for all of the above is on Jim’s server at
chsppb2.crabdance.com<http://chsppb2.crabdance.com> under the Christmas tab
just before the Shopping tab. Let Jim know if you still need a login. We’ll
also be searching for and/or purchasing new music this year. We are still
missing Silver Bells among others. Any other classics we should be thinking
about? Also there have been a couple of suggestions that we try to add the
“stage” at Christkindlmarkt as a venue. I may have a line on who to contact
about this but if you have the inside scoop please let me know.
Thanks and looking forward to freezing playing with you – Tuba Rob
