[chickennugget] chicken Nugget not starting with Windows

Hi,
I was just curious if anyone else has experienced chicken Nugget not starting
with Windows even though it’s appearing as checked in the startup tab of
MSConfig. have to manually start it and even then it seems to take a long
while before I can interact with it.
I was just curious if anyone else had experienced or could replicate this
behavior.
