effective ways to support access to effective care for individuals
experiencing homelessness and living with serious mental illness and/or
substance use disorders. This virtual symposium will feature approximately
two dozen national experts, providers, and policy makers who are making
real progress toward ensuring every American can receive the support they
need to lessen the impact of homelessness, substance use, and mental
illness on their life.

*What to expect:* In this full-day virtual symposium, you can attend two
plenaries and up to two additional track sessions. From the comfort of your
own desk, earn continuing education hours at no cost. The symposium will
include concurrent sessions across three tracks:

   - Customizing Services and Supports for Specific Populations
   - Transitions to Housing
   - Crisis Services and Treatment
