[chaoscope] Development update

Hi all,
I've sent yesterday a new version of the 0.3 alpha binaries (which integrate the
new preview already discussed last year) to a short list of beta testers.
We will use the mailing-list to share comments and issues about the new preview.
Sorry about the confusion. There's no such thing as a full 0.3 version yet,
don't expect one before the summer.
