[chaoscope] Chaoscope Setup available to mailing-list subscribers

Hi all,
I've just uploaded a setup executable for Chaoscope I created with Inno
Setup. There's no link for it on the web site yet. I'm hoping a few good
souls would try it first and report any problems before it goes public.
What it should do:
- Initialize all language related settings properly. Language selection
is the first step of the installation process
- Delete CHAOSCOPE.EN if found in the installation folder
- Associates .csproj with Chaoscope, unless the extension is already
registered. Chaoscope project files get their own little icon and
double-clicking one should open the application
- Sets icons for .csattr and .csview files
- Adds items for Chaoscope and the HTML manual in the start menu
- Initializes the folders to point to the right path
- Adds an entry in Windows Add/Remove Programs list
Basically it should solve all the problems any of you had so far with
the manual installation.
It would be awesome if some of you could test a clean install, as well
as an update of 0.2 in the same folder, especially those with UK English
and US English locales.
Report to me directly if you have any problems, *not* to the mailing-list.
