I found the manual for our Sony Handicam DCR-TRV280 cameras, so see me for a copy of the file. Also Sony sells paper copies at about $7 + shipping.

The cameras will work with a range of batteries with more capacity. a "NP-FM30" comes with the camera. available are 50, 70, 90. When we buy spares, we should get at least a FM50, maybe FM70.
