Hi everyone,

 

I am pleased to announce that the next meeting is scheduled to take
place at 9am on Thursday the 12th of September at The Alfred Hospital in
Prahran.  The Director of the Clinical Performance Unit, Paul Barfett
will be hosting the meeting and discussing topics that are relevant to
all of us (NWAU Preparations).  The earlier time has been chosen after
feedback from previous meetings.

 

Paul will be speaking about,

-        Shadow reporting NWAU during 2013-2014

-        Assessing revenue impact differences between WIES and NWAU for
acute patients

-        Dealing with Public/Private weight differences when analysing
NWAU actuals vs. targets

-        Challenges with estimating acute NWAU for uncoded patients

 

The meeting will take place at The Old Baker - Meeting Room 1, and a map
has been attached which has the building on it.  Specific directions
once you reach the Old Baker are below.

 

Enter Old Baker Building main entrance (2 doors)

 

 

Walk to the end of the foyer, turn left and enter through the door

 

 

Meeting Room 1 is the first door on the left
