Fellow Chai-Ters,
A reminder that the first meeting for 2015 is on Friday 27th Feb from 3pm to
4:30pm (room booked 'til 5pm) at DHHS 50 Lonsdale Street. A room has been
booked but I'm not sure of the room number - I'll let you know. As far as I'm
aware we don't have a guest speaker so if any of you have a 15 - 30 minute
presentation you'd like to give please let me know.

At present I'm suggesting the following items:

1. Update on SQL Saturday. It was a hoot - we'll give a brief update on
some of the stuff that was covered:
a. New stand-alone version of Power BI.
b. BIML - what's BIML? I hear you say. Good question.
c. Predictive stuff (Jason was excited about this)

2. Guest spot if someone volunteers.

3. Show and tell. This was a feature of the early meetings that worked
well. 5 - to 10 minute presentation on something that you've done or seen
that's really cool. It might not even be a presentation as such, you might
just want to update us on new initiatives happening at your health service -
it's handy to know who's doing what. Let me know in advance if you can.

4. Q&A. If you've got a question someone might have an answer but it's
certain that everyone will have an opinion.

5. General discussion about the format of future meetings.

Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Cheers
Peter Davey
