That would be great if they send that.
When I got my first Win 98 computer I would print out all the MS web sites.
I ended up with a pile over 4 inches thick.
Now I bookmark them or it is is something really good I save the web page as
HTML
Some day I will organize all my CD's I have over 100 of saved data and sites
all the way back to my win 95 backups.

probably too late now but did you record the conversation for fruture
refferece?
I only called them twice, but I kept a note book log and wrote
everything down and repeated the line back to them before I typed it in.
I was/do get instructions backwards "bassasswords"<BG>
