Hmm ... u forgot to set Outlook to UUencode instead of MIME, B64, and QP, didn't you ??? Those error chars come from using either Base64 or Quoted Printable ... and sending it to a server that is not Windows-based, and therefor cannot handle anything but UUencoded and MIME very well ... Generally, it doesn't matter what program you use, or what service you send it to, it should be set to UUencoded anyway ... It's the only mail-encoding where you can be 100% sure that all mailservers and clients can read and understand it ... Even when you use MIME, you can be sure that it will turn up ugly somewhere, for reasons I don't know ... but MS mailware and MIME doesn't go well together...
