Hi folks, here's your weekly update on what's going on at the station.
First, remember the production seminar going on tomorrow at 1:30 PM in the
production booth. I'll be teaching basic skills with Audacity, the open source
audio production software we use (and you can download at home), along with
some voice acting. I'll also be doing some basic production for anyone who
wants to do a show promo, or see how to produce one. Let me know if you plan on
coming to the seminar.
Second, remember to sign up for an off air activity if you aren't working off
air. I'll be checking the off air log in the lobby next week to see who's been
working and logging hours and who isn't engaged yet, then contacting anyone not
getting some work in.
If you are going away for the summer, please let me know as soon as you can,
and when you will be leaving. If you are coming back in the fall, please let me
know that too.
I'll have news on our spring volunteer drive and other volunteer events next
week.
