Good second-half-of-February to all! TRU has initiated a new process - it is
actually an expansion of current policy - regarding regular health checks. The
university's post follows, and I am putting volunteers in the same category as
'staff' or 'employed students.'. The station now has amended its sign-in sheet
to require anyone entering the building to confirm that a health check has been
completed. Thanks!
Brant
In addition to the requirement of daily self-assessment for symptoms of
COVID-19, all staff, faculty and students who are employed on campus (including
work study students and students hired by researchers) must confirm with their
supervisor or designate that they have completed and passed their daily health
check.
To complete and pass the daily health check, you can use the BC COVID-19
self-assessment
tool<http://inside.tru.ca/?email_id=2607&user_id=24841&urlpassed=aHR0cHM6Ly9iYy50aHJpdmUuaGVhbHRoLw&controller=stats&action=analyse&wysija-page=1&wysijap=subscriptions>
or review this

You must answer no to all of the questions to pass the daily health check.
After completing the daily health check, faculty, staff or employed students
must confirm with their supervisor or designate that they have completed and
passed the daily health check. Otherwise, the individual is not permitted to
work on campus and must return or stay at home. If they have not already done
so, they should complete the BC COVID-19
self-assessment<http://inside.tru.ca/?email_id=2607&user_id=24841&urlpassed=aHR0cHM6Ly9iYy50aHJpdmUuaGVhbHRoLw&controller=stats&action=analyse&wysija-page=1&wysijap=subscriptions>
and call 811 if they would like to discuss their results.
