practice saying the text in rhythm
dont sing, it , speak it.
then sing on PAH or DOO
Then sing both text and notes... count remember, a breath is an 8th rest.
at end of phrase.
Gondoliers; text, speak it, clitter, clatter pitter patter, all the wines,
etc its a very energetic tempo and we must live up to the gaiety, party and
excitement for our CLOSER with orchestra. if you want to , memorize it.
Oye; with music. Spanish; be sure; musica is MOO SEE KAH
all words are easy, truly fun light, rhythmic, loose bodies, interaction
with EACH OTHER, orchestra has music. learn the syncopation.. have a
confident dance like attitude please.
West side; as we discussed.; Kevin promotes memory due to the ensemble
rhythmic precision.
