Dear Colleagues in GEE, LERN & CEE Members Forwarding the attached details of a Studentship for a PhD on social aspects of zoonotic disease in Africa, per below. Please note the deadline date being 30 March 2012. We have an exciting ESRC STEPS Centre-linked studentship available for a PhD on social aspects of zoonotic disease in Africa (with preference for links with bats work - but with the call framed more openly here to encourage applicants). We're looking for excellent applicants who would like to develop their own project, in the context of ongoing interdisciplinary work by STEPS and its partners. Details are attached. Initial expressions of interest (1 page statement of interest and 1 page CV) should be sent to the STEPS Centre co-ordinator, Harriet Dudley (h.dudley@xxxxxxxxx<mailto:h.dudley@xxxxxxxxx>) by 30 March 2012. Please could you forward this to anyone you think might be interested, and to relevant people and institutions in your networks?
