Thanks Andy - that's what I was thinking also, but didn't have time to put it
into words

I agree to the concept drawing with the following caveats:

1. That this is not the only drawing or design we will consider and there is no
guarantee that this is the one we will choose.

2. That this is a concept drawing which is only a possibility of a finished
design.

3. That the final design will need to be approved by the Fire Board with my
recommendation.

4.  I think it's important to remember that this project will be in the "front
yard" of the community's fire station for the next 50 years and it needs to be
the right design, at the right cost, at the right time.

I hope this helps,

Andy

needs to make a decision on the Hubbell drawings that we handed out at our last
meeting. I need that tomorrow if possible, no later than Friday. This is
because both James and I are leaving town on the 13th and not returning
until Oct 24. James needs to create the rendering and we need to pick it up, if
we intend to implement his design and show it as our intention at the Oct 26th
event.

haven’t done the ‘details’ of the construction of
James’ design, but at least the concept has to be what we intend to
implement. Otherwise, it should not be presented to the public. What he would
paint (a watercolor rendering) is the bottom scene on the drawings that you
have. Not the aerial, architectural design at the top.
