Hello Everyone,
I received this proposal from Ilisa yesterday and am passing it on so that
you have an opportunity to review it before our next meeting July 10th.

I also talked with Jim Hubbell. He said he woke up at 2 a.m. Monday night
and came up with a design for the project. He seemed excited about it,
but still enthusiastic about the September 7th meeting where he can share
his idea with the members of the community. He also mentioned that
landscaping will be a major component in the Monument, that the energy of it
should be somewhat celebratory of the survivors, recognizing/honoring of the
Fire Dept, and include input from the children - perhaps on the block wall
executed in mosaics. Jim is planning to send me a description of his vision
and I will forward it to you when I receive it.

Ingrid

PS: Bob Y - I'm thinking that Jim and Ilisa are included in this email
address so I don't need to send them a cc. Is that true?

Subject: Lakeside Cedar Fire Monument Proposal

Hi Ingrid-

Attached is the fee proposal for the Lakeside Cedar Fire Monument project.
The proposal includes the Community Facilitation Workshop and the Concept
Plan for the monument. Both Jim and Brennan will act as my sub consultants
for the project and their fee is included in this proposal as well.

Jim should be sending you a description of his design ideas in the next day
or so.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
