I have just spoken with Mario. His daughter, Carina, has contracted
COVID-19. She has spent the day in the hospital, but will be released
tonight. Please pray for her recovery and for the care-giving of her family
to nurse her back to health.
Mario is therefore in quarantine for the next 10 days. He has a sermon and
service already prepared for Sunday, so here is the plan. I will record him
on Zoom tomorrow, and will subsequently make that recording available to the
congregation for your viewing pleasure on Sunday. I will also provide the
usual YouTube songs that accompany the service. My apologies to Jessica and
Nancy who had prepared music for Sunday.
So prayers are also requested for the resilience of our Cambridge Drive
family to accommodate yet another test of our pandemic accommodations.
