Three of us went to the holiday inn today to see the av equipment.
They have 1 lcd projector and 6&8 ft screens.

This affects us in the following ways.
Someone will need to be at the back of the room with the audio controls
during the shows.
1possibly two people will be needed at the computer / projector at the
same time.
we will need some type of Com system for them.
AV wants, needs:
2 handheld radios (I have 2 Mot spirit radios)
a small audio board and speakers
1 more lcd projector
1 large computer monitor or hdtv
2 small low power desk lamps
These things would be nice but we can make due with what we have.
