Hi everybody,
We need volunteers to check on the downtown and bayfront hotels. I have
attached the information that John sent as to what we need for the
convention.We will discuss our findings at our next meeting. Let me know if you
have any questions.We have our date, now we need the place April 2010 will be
here before we know it. I thought we would have more inquires by now so we need
to get the ball rolling ourselves!
