Hey Candice,

Can a email be sent out to see if any other clinics have placed requests with 
NextGen for the My Health LA claims loop adjustment. I've attached what we 
received from AIA, which is the company that processes the county claims, but 
iIf there is a group support ticket it would be great to attach ourselves to 
have this updated expedited.

Good morning!   Attached is the updated specifications for the MHLA PRIMARY 
Program.

For all dates of service from 7/01/14 - 9/30/14, everything remains as is.

For dates of service = or greater than 10/01/14:

For the Medical claims, the change occurs in the 2010BA NM109 Segment - County 
would like to capture the MHLA Participant ID number (17 characters).  
Therefore, you will need to add a REF*SY Segment for the Social Security Number 
(if available).  For the NTE*ADD Segment - replace PPPPP with MHLA and drop the 
"NN".

Please instruct your vendor to send the MHLA claims in their own file - DO NOT 
mix the two programs (UnMatched/MHLA) together.

If you have any questions, please give us a call.  If you would like to send 
test files, that would be great - just send an email to all three of us.
