[castor.user] Location of mapping DTD

Hello to all,

All the examples for Castor mapping files refer to
http://castor.codehaus.org/mapping.dtd for the validation schema
location.With the ending of Codehaus and the DTD file unavailable at that
location, which should be the new location for this DTD file?
