[cas_announce] Crescent Moon and Venus in Daylight

Here's a challenge for today - see if you can spot and image the crescent Moon
with Venus close by during the day (avoid looking at the Sun though!). By the
time sunset comes, the two will be farther apart, so the challenge is to spot
the pair in daylight.
