[capricornave] grey toyota blocking street

Hi there,

EBMUD is asking that the owner of a dark grey toyota parked on the side of
our home (268) move their car.  It's blocking the street, and the trucks
can't get by.
Plate is 8BYC&13.

Seems like someone who might be visiting versus a neighbor.
