Joan and Patrick are leaving Capricorn after 30 years(!) and there will be a
small fete on their patio/deck. Everyone on the street is welcome to come and
say hi, goodbye, or be a wallflower and walk through their little hunting
cabin which was one of the first homes built on our street!
Accordian player, Lou will be playing music, and there will be food and drink
