Last run, I saw they left plastic ziplock baggies with an address in them.
But with just one person's address on it... I will try to get out to see
them next Tuesday 22nd with some cash for them in hand in case its just the
one dude receiving a mountain of cheques from people, not sharing with his
buddies!

Great question! The garbage pickup folks typically leave a Christmas card
on our bins (we just got them this Tuesday). The card includes their
address so we can send them a check if we want to. We used to leave them a
"holiday tip" taped to the bins but those can sometimes get stolen. So,
best to mail them.
