Suspected this was stolen. Great detective work, Joyce, nicely done!
Police clearly don't have control (of much in the Bay) and this
neighborhood also clearly identified as dumping ground/shopping ground for
either actively stealing or for dropping off stolen vehicles. Plural of
anecdotes isn't evidence of course I get that but more than twice is no
longer coincidence.
Still recommend an active neighborhood watch and cameras etc!

sounded like it was a new report. So I had to give him details like it it
was first report! Supposedly, someone will come and check it out sometime
tonight. I’ve told them they can come down to my house to ask questions.
