Summary-
First, please allow me to apologize for so many messages regarding this 
exercise. This is intended to be the last one - hold your applause, please. :) 
Also, please forward this message to the members within your span of control as 
some servers block the newg message protocol. 
 
Second, if you haven't heard it yet, this exercise will test our responsiveness 
and resolve with multiple scenarios in Disaster Relief, Homeland Security, and 
Search and Rescue. Our scenario planner has gone to great lengths to set-up 
real-to-life scenarios with multiple state and local emergency response 
agencies.  
 
So, even though is intended to be a great training experience, the Ops tempo 
will be HIGH and our prowess will be put to the test in EVERY area of mission 
management and prosecution!
 
Reporting-
Check in will begin at 0730. We ask mission participants to allow ample travel 
time to be signed-in and ready for the mission opening and general briefing to 
start promptly at 0830. Briefing will conclude at 0845, and crews will be 
launched at 0900. The noon meal will be up to the crews when and were they 
break. We will out-brief at 1600. Mission Staff - Please be prepared for a 
staff meeting at 0815 - You will begin sortie preparation immediately after. 
 
Lunch-
Please do not count on getting time to purchase your meals. Please pack meals, 
snacks, and water to last the day. 
 
Prerequisites-
As a reminder, please ensure all of your members attending have a GES 101 Card 
NLT 9 March, so it will be in the system. Senior members must have passed level 
one and cadets must have passed the curry achievement and ALL must have 
completed the CAPT 116 Parts One and Two. 
 
Resource Prep-
Aircraft and Vehicles are subject to inspection. Please ensure they are in 
compliance with the applicable checklists and regulations. 
 
Safety-
Safety is paramount! Remember Operational Risk Management and follow applicable 
laws and regulations. 
 
Check-in-
Check-in will be performed using IMU. Have your CAP ID Cards and CAPF 101 Cards 
ready for scanning. Also, Pilots and drivers need to have all of the required 
information needed to check in Aircraft and Vehicles. Take a look at your CAPF 
104's (A/C) and 109's (Drivers) for required information. 
 
Pilots and Drivers need to turn in inbound CAPF 104's (A/C) and 109's 
(Drivers). Yes, we also need CAPF 109's for ALL Corporate vehicles!

NOTAM 2- CAPF 108's - See latest guidance from NEWG/DO on WMIRS CAPF 108's. 
Please save ALL receipts for filing authorized expenses on the 108's. Hint - 
You start with a FULL tank and end with a FULL tank... so, ensure your vehicle 
is fully fueled the night before and when you have returned from the mission.
