Hi Elizabeth,
I know, insane! From our top floor, the house was shaking after each strike, as
if taking one blow after another, after another, after another...I felt so
cross, sad and scared at the same time. Thanks for posting on Nextdoor too (and
Cherie) - the more complaints the better.

Hi all,
I know that quashthetrainwash has already tweeted video and logged this with
Network Rail (Thank you); I have a couple of videos but they are too large to
attach here.
Philip also called noise control when it happened.
I nearly jumped out of my skin at the first pile drive. My heart was racing and
I’m still shaking. I’m a light sleeper, but at that moment I was fully asleep.
I’ve never heard noise like in my life.
Elizabeth
