Dear Diane and ChrisI'm writing to complain to you about the bunch of Spencer
Group / GTR leaflets that were dumped into my food waste bin on Monday this
week and consequently my bin wasn't emptied because it had paper inside. I have
attached photos as evidence. This completely erodes any trust that you are
hoping to build and is just another example of how little you really care about
this community. You assured us that your workers were briefed in being mindful
of the neighbours. This is clearly not the case. I saw workers putting a
leaflet through my door but this makes me think they did not put a lot of
effort in to distribute the information. And to just dump it in my bin is
unacceptable. To be honest I will have a hard time believing any claims you
will make in the future about considering and listen to our concerns.
