Ah! Oops, ok - I read too fast. Thanks Sean ☺I'll register interest and try to
set myself up in good time for once.
Meanwhile, I hope everyone is managing to keep safe and sane.
Kind regards
Sophie

G’day all,
The virtual meeting was not tonight. They have yet to send an invitation, so
there is still time to register interest. I don’t know when they plan to hold
it. A week or two would be my guess.
Until anon, Sean

G’day all,
As you can see in the message below, due to COVID-19, GTR etc are pausing
in-person community meetings, including the one tomorrow, and want to hold them
online via Microsoft Teams (the tool we used the other night).
Chris has asked for people to self-nominate. Please send him a message and also
CC me so that I have a sense of who is coming (I will attend).

Subject: Cambridge Residents Meeting latest
Good Afternoon,
I am writing to let you know that, adhering to the latest Government Covid-19
advice, we will be unable to hold any public meetings until further notice.
We understand the importance of the Cambridge Residents Meetings and we want to
continue our open dialogue with you and your neighbours at this unprecedented
time.
In the short term, we are looking to hold online conversations – with the tool
‘Microsoft Teams’ that GTR use, between yourselves and the program team to
continue the discussion around the project and returning on the issues raised
previously.
This would require a smaller user group to be representative of Cambridge
residents on behalf of the wider group. If you wish to be part of this core
group then please let me know, and I’ll soon share details on the first meeting.
We’d also like to get your thoughts on how we, as GTR, together with Spencer,
Network Rail and Greater Anglia, can take this forward with the local community
to make sure that every voice is heard.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Best regards,
Chris
