Hi neighbours -
I have experience chairing meetings and happy to chair this one. For
context, in my professional life, I develop large scale projects that
require both planning permission and public consultation.
Given the email traffic, there is clearly a lot of research everyone is
doing so we want to hear all of that but we need to avoid duplication. So,
I suggest we create some small sub-committees.
I’ve put some suggested time limits and a potential lead to start the
discussion. This is not necessarily who will lead the sub-committee.
I was thinking of the following as agenda items:
1. Intros (10 min)
2. Discussion of sub-committees to organise:
- Investigation into what planning was done or required (15 min) -
Ted and Cherie
- Looking into a Legal advice / injunction (15 min) - Sean?
- Media outreach - organise press releases, interviews, etc - 15 min
- Website development - purpose, audience, name - 10 min - Sean?
- Noise impacts - (10 min) - Ted / others
- Chemical / air pollution / water pollution - (15 min) - ?
- Others?
3. Nominate a spokesperson (all - 5min)
4. Any other business
5. Date of next meeting - following 24 Feb meeting?
Thoughts?
Anyone willing to take notes?

already mentioned that and I missed it but I think it might be good to add
this image in any poster we''d be printing.
