Dear Chris and Spencer group representatives,
The construction noise and vibration from the machinery (diggers, graders
etc.) behind Great Eastern Street today is absolutely intolerable during
working hours today. Our whole houses are vibrating as graders drive by.
I've resisted writing up until this point but you are making work
impossible. This must change.
