Hi Brian - I have no problem with adding anyone to the list if they are
keen and have been past members. New members can be added as and when
they show any interest in th eclub

(You can tell I’m twiddling my thumbs 😊)
You will have seen that I have sent out a reminder through the Yahoo
group to encourage the remaining members who have not joined the new
group to do so.
John Andrews and Chris Levings have again been in touch and asked to be
included so they are obviously keen to be kept posted about what’s going
on in the club which I think is a good thing.
Personally I think we should include them, most of us know them from
when they were members, John Andrews in particular was always very much
involved with club events, they both occasionally fly in and I assume
pay a landing fee.
Any non-members that want to be included can be managed and can only
join by Invitation, John and Chris are the only two that have shown an
interest out of the 50+ nonmembers the Yahoo group emails were sent to.
FYI from the list that Chris T sent me 19 have signed up, 8 have yet to
do so!!
Perhaps the best way to resolve it is for you all to reply with a YES or
NO, I will count them up and we can run with the majority, a sort of
committee vote by email !
