Thanks for the update Peter. Lets hope this situation does not go any further.
My personal opinion of a CMC group is that it should be for paid up members
only or at the very least a new group should be totally private and by
invitation/ membership only.
Our web site can be our access to outside folks. We could also make the
facebook group private.
