<CT> Run Dialog box causes problems

Hi,
Does anyone else have problems using the run dialog box? About 1 in 5 times
opening the Run Program dialog causes Windows to crash. I have recently
changed my graphics card, but the problem hasn't disappeared. With the old
graphics card, half of the Run dialog box would be drawn before the crash.
Now, none of it gets drawn. Can anyone help?
