The answer, as it seems, is "not at all". Saving the status for each
window would probably be too complicated, but what about options for
enabling and disabling the toolbar on icon and explorer windows
separately? A suggestion for the respective items in the File System
properties dialog:

[ ] Enable toolbar on icon windows
[ ] Enable toolbar on explorer windows

In the default calmira.ini file the settings would either be both on or
off for icon windows and on for explorer windows. The menu option could
still be used to toggle the toolbar on and off for the session, as it
does now.

Any comments? Opinions?
