Go to http://www.bootdisk.com.

Scroll down to "DOS 5.00 To 6.22 Win 95/98/Me Bootdisks By w0rm" and click
on the link.

Find "click here for a list of disks from DOS 5.0 to Windows ME" and click
on that.

Download DOS622.EXE and run it. It's a Windows program; let's hope it runs
in 16-bit Windows.

Otherwise, try "DOS 3.3+ All Flavors Basic Bootdisks By Powerload" from
bootdisk.com and download the boot disk image and the necessary utility
separately.

All this was obtained by searching for "DOS 6.22 boot disk" at
www.google.com (a great resource).
