The trick is to create a keyboard shortcut for the start menu item
"Start", i.e. the caption of the button. As such, it goes into the
[Keyboard] section of calmira.ini. Ctrl-Shift-S is a nice hotkey
(Ctrl-Alt hotkeys are often in use for other things already).

ACK. I wonder what the next one will bring? (A bugfix for the sorting
bug, certainly, but apart from that?)
