Brian (and to others on the CTML who may own PS/2 hardware)...

The IBM 8513 monitor can ONLY do 640x480 and nothing else, because
remember that this model was made in around 1988 - long before 800x600
was in fashion. However, the 8513 CAN do UNLIMITED colors - ahead of its
time - so at least you won't go blind. If any of your three video cards
can do 640x480/High and True Color resolution (and they should), then you
won't have any trouble. Bottom line is that there's NOTHING you can do
about it.

FYI I know this because I was a longtime IBM PS/2 PC user and once
owned an IBM 8512 monitor (1987-1999) which can only do 640x480,
unlimited colors.

Why you sold that NEC Multisync to downgrade to an antiquated screen
is beyond me. :-/
