Hi.

I am using Calmira on Windows3.1 Japanese version, and I checked off "Enab
le hot-keys feature across all of Windows"( Start - Settings - System - Ge
neral - Preference ).

Though regrettable, it becomes impossible to use the function.

Sorry, I cannot write English correctly.
