<CT> Greyed out network related menu items

Hi all,
remember that one problem of the original 3.1 release was that network
related menu items weren't greyed out when no network was present? Well,
right-click a folder or drive in Explorer's tree window and you'll see
some menu items that have obviously been forgotten when this was
fixed... BTW: The last item of a folder's context menu of a folder in
the tree window is 'Properties' - however, this is greyed out. Shouldn't
it bring up that folder's properties dialog?
