<CT> Downloading Error

Is anybody else having trouble in getting a clean download of the 3.31
upgrade?
I've tried several times now using three different browsers and both
PKunzip and WinRAR, but I keep getting a corrupted file that won't unzip
properly every time. WinRAR says it fails the CRC test. Neither
extraction program is able to correct the error(s); both identify its
location as being in calmira.exe.
Is it me or the source zip file?
