<CT> Another icon problem

Here my PIF, DLL and DRV files have a "blank sheet" icon in Calmira's
Explorer - shouldn't they have a "Windows logo on a sheet" icon? Even if
not, my Windows\System directory would certainly look nicer that way ;).
