WINTER HANDICAP 2022: STUBBS FIELD MYTHOLMROYD 1PM SATURDAY
As well as the annual do we also hold the Winter Handicap on the same day from
Stubbs field Mytholmroyd (ie same field we held the 35Y celebrations) at 1pm,
followed by chip butties afterwards at MCC
Anyone who is a member can take part. How it works is described on the website,
but (taking on Andy 's challenge to describe it in fewer words) basically
Statto magically calculates you a start time and your aim is to get to the
finish line before anyone else. And as an extra incentive this year anyone who
beats Gary Webb's winning time of 36m 42s from the original CVFR Winter
Handicap held on 31st January 1987 (almost 35 years ago) will recieve a spot
prize.

Finally, those not racing RO Dougie Zinis could do with some volunteers to help
