Just another shout out for anyone who's willing to help with our "Junior to
Seniors" group. James Logue is leading the group most weeks but needs another 2
people to help out each Tuesday. We've had 5 people come forward so far. We
need more so those who've volunteered only have to do say 1 in 4 or 1 in 6 if
we have enough interest. We do know that Tuesday nights are important for club
members to be out running with your mates and for training. The kids are an
enthusiastic bunch. They are the future of our club. This is the first time
we've ever been able to get a group of our experienced juniors to move to
seniors. It's a pack run by the way but best if you're a medium to fast runner.
