Sorry this is late but there’s been a slight hiccup with Paul’s group email.
You should have received this yesterday but it’s still worth the wait.
‘Morning all. Last nights announcement means that CVFR club nights have been
suspended until further notice as we all do our bit to stop the virus spreading
and help the pressure on the NHS.
However, at this time more than ever its important we keep talking and help
each other stay safe, and as we've tried to do since last March we'll keep
thinking of ways for CVFR to connect virtually. As a committee we really mean
it when we say If anyone needs us we're always here 🤗 CVFR has and always will
be more than just a running club.
On that note its Tuesday- which means its that time where we meet another 🇦🇹
member. Ladies and Gentlemen today meet the one and only Dan Biggs the self
proclaimed 'Biggienaught' , master of the art of secret training 😉 - here to
give us what we all need today - a right good belly laugh 😊
