Morning all. Its Tuesday which means it's CVFR club night! And therefore the 
time of the week we meet another 🇦🇹 member.  With the excitement bubbling away 
for Sunday's all important Calderdale Way Relay (the biggest of its kind in the 
country) today we meet someone making their 🇦🇹 team debut - Ambi Swindells- 
someone already dreaming about the potential of running with 
Grandchildren!!!❤🤍❤🤍
