Phppth...that's bankruptcy protection.  They are making money, just putting 
off (deferring) some bad debts from the past that are due.
They refocused a couple of years back but made committements (a bad thing) 
which they are still liable for.

I wouldn't give it a second thought.

Let's play devils advocate.
Even if they closed, the same people could start another company with the same 
structure and 99% of the same content with another name.
The artist formerly called...

It's Linux ie. Open Source.
